Our Rates.Our homes are built to a luxurious standard... A lift servicing each floor and a choice of shared or single accommodation each with en-suite and emergency call system, which offers our Residents a high degree of privacy and independence. The furnishings and decor create a relaxing, homely feeling, which can be enhanced by personal effects if so desired. Our comfortably appointed lounges provide the focal point of the home in which our Residents can simply relax and enjoy the companionship of others, watch television, listen to music or sit and watch the world go by. They also provide a meeting place for friends and relatives who are welcome at any reasonable hour. Residential Rates - Single Room:
£700 to £850 per week - Shared Double Room:
£700 to £750 per week
